The Funding Agreement

Memorandum & Articles of Association

The memorandum is a simple document setting out the name of the academy and providing details of the three ‘subscribers’ who wish to form the academy and become its members under the Companies Act 2006. The Articles of Association prescribe the internal management, decision making and running of the Academy Trust and its liability.

Premium Funding

The pupil premium was introduced in April 2011 and is allocated to schools to work with pupils who have been registered for free school meals at any point in the last six years (known as ‘Ever 6 FSM’).
